When we got up this morning it was apparent that our good friends, the Raccoons, had visited the pond during the night. It looked like they had investigated ways to get under the chicken wire without getting wet. I decided to reinforce the entire set-up and took a photo of my 7AM handiwork. I'll be interested to see how it looks when we get back. Maybe that'll be the last posting of this blog . . . !(I have been having a terrible time re-acquainting myself with the process of doing these blogs with photos. I don't know why the above paragraph is underlined, but I can't get rid of the underlining - sorry.)
(Finally, it's getting late and I'm tired. I'll post the next 3 posts, for which I have photos, tomorrow from Nathan and Mary's house.)
